Responsibilities: 

  • Preparations of financial statements: monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Preparation of Tax reports
  • Monthly reports to management
  • VAT reporting in Israel and abroad

Membership Coordinator – Sofia

Kenes Associations Worldwide is the professional arm of the Kenes Group that provides association management services worldwide. Specializing in servicing national, regional or international medical not-for-profit organizations, we currently manage over 15,000 members for many different associations.

The purpose of the Membership Team is to carry out all tasks associated with the management of each associations’ membership database and to work closely with Association Account Managers to develop and execute marketing plans with a view to increasing membership.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Member Maintenance
    • Ensuring all new applications are processed correctly
    • Ensuring all renewals are processed correctly
    • Ensuring all payments are processed effectively including
      • Reconciliation of credit card payments
      • Input of bank transfer, check or cash payments as required
    • Updating and maintaining member profile information
    • Management of membership directories
    • Responding to member queries on a daily basis
    • Working with the membership database system, identifying bugs and suggesting improvements to supplier
  2. Communication
    • Producing mailing lists
    • Coordinating email communications in liaison with Association Account Managers
    • Liaising with Publishers and providing journal lists as required
    • Updating members’ information on association websites
    • Providing membership lists and information to 3rd parties i.e. congress, eplatform
  3. Reporting and Analysis
    • Providing regular membership statistics and reports
    • Providing adhoc membership data as requested
  4. Membership Promotion
  • Assisting Association Account Managers to develop membership growth plans

Coordinating the membership booth at society events and related events as required

Job skills required:

Marketing Coordinator – Sofia

We are looking for a passionate, creative, content driven, Marketing Coordinator to be part of our team!

If you are detail-oriented, able to multi-task, have writing proficiency, and a solid understanding of marketing techniques, you belong with us.

In this role, you will coordinate several marketing activities, including email marketing, promotion, social media, marketing collateral, and more.

From day one, you will contribute to existing marketing campaigns, while initiating new ideas and approaches which are aligned with company and client goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Marketing Manager by assisting and implementing marketing activities
  • Execute marketing campaigns over a variety of platforms and channels, working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce written content for email marketing, website, social media posts and marketing collateral
  • Liaise and brief designers and videographers on the production of the marketing collateral (videos, branding etc.)
  • Create images for social media posts & basic promotional items
  • Execute social media campaigns; this will include posting on social networks, monitoring and replying to user interaction and taking initiative in building the brands of our clients.
  • Maintaining aspects of day-to-day community engagement for selection of social media channels
  • Coordinate and implement promotional activities targeting related societies and events
  • Assist with website production and updates

Full Stack Developer – Tel Aviv

develop and maintain frontend and backend applications (mainly C#/DotNet Core and Angular JS), intended for wide scalability (needs to understand the basics of clustered systems).

Needs to be able to support previously written projects and scuffle though understanding it quickly. Maintenance of legacy code is a meaningful part of the work process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Write new code for frontend and backend.
  • Join in on existing projects.
  • Maintain legacy systems.
  • Create large/small scale applications, while providing somewhat exact timeframe.
  • cooperate with other developers and infrastructure team, some in different time zones.
  • Document current and re-document missing legacy code.
  • Ability to function well in a high-stress environment, with many changes.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 Years’ experience in C# & AngularJS, at least 1 year with dotnet core.
  • At least 3 Years’ experience with SQL Server, including building Indexes, elaborate Stored Procedures. Knowledge of SQL Object types and generally, the SQL schema.
  • Knowledge in WordPress (structure, plugins).
  • Versatile knowledge in authentication processes (JWT, oAuth, MFA, SSO).
  • Quick learning and adapting.
  • Vast knowledge in securing web applications: relationship between frontend and backend and how to fully secure the connection, avoiding SQL Injections, XSS, information leaking, buffer overflow, etc.

Applications Support – Sofia

Kenes Group is looking for an application support person who will be responsible for our events abstract submission process and back office support.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up back office and online systems,
  • System Q&A from the back office and user side
  • Prepare system for meetings with scientific committees and allocate materials for meetings
  • Generate progress reports including statistical reports
  • Support congress participants after abstract submission
  • Set up links for online programme
  • Set up/manage scientific programme (data entry, scheduling, programme drafts, generate reports)
  • Prepare materials for print/online publication including XML, eBook, congress app
  • Preparation and management of all aspects of the scientific programme
  • Work with the committee on the scientific programme including abstract processing/scheduling
  • Receive/upload information/data to the congress database
  • Provide texts (in English) for project literature including proofreading
  • Manage, track and QA the scientific programme
  • Adhere to work procedures and production deadlines
  • Track project material (e.g. abstracts)

Requirements:

  • Highly detail-oriented, well organised, attention to detail and accuracy, able to process vast amounts of data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure for long periodswhile meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft correspondence in English
