We are looking for а Marketing Manager to be part of Kenes’ team – the world’s leading Professional Conference Organizers of medical and scientific events.

The position has a key role in assisting the Marketing Director in the management of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3-8 members: Marketing Managers, Marketing Coordinators and Social Media specialists
  • Be the owner of the congresses marketing activities and results: provide congress marketing strategy and promotional services through a wide variety of channels, enhance congress visibility and grows, maximize the number of participants. Prepare and adhere to congresses budgets, create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline including videos), report on progress and effectiveness
  • Build and support the congress and client brands and the marketing strategies
  • Manage and improve internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries, present the department in internal and external forums. Consult the internal department on joint projects related to marketing and brand strategy development
  • Define and implement new tools to improve processes and procedures in the department

Requirements:

Finances

  • Prepare invoice and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses
  • Maintain financial records for associations’ bookkeeping
  • Prepare outgoing invoices and claims of cost reimbursements
  • Assist with payment and reimbursement processing
  • Review and verify bills , received invoices and claims of travel expenses
  • Prepare payments of financial support to 3rd parties (meeting & workshops, fellowships, grants, awards etc.)
  • Prepare payments for approval of the Association’s Treasurer

External Interfaces

  • Manage relations with 3rd parties (external service providers, grant receivers, awardees etc.) in the framework allocated by SAM

Qualifications: 

University degree

excellent English (written/spoken, native speaker is preferable) and one additional international language.

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiar with MAC IOS.

Working knowledge of online systems such as WordPress, CRM system. Familiar with UX/UI and project management methods such as Agile.

Experience :

1-2 years (University degree) or 5 years in the service industry

As the Business Relationship Manager Medical Education, you will identify and develop new educational products and services in line with the needs of new clients (medical associations), and funding partners (pharmaceutical industry and medical device industry).

The Business Relationship Manager Medical Education will work on exciting learning projects for medical associations and manage the development process of learning strategies and e-learning projects for clients. There will be a close collaboration between the Business Relationship Manager Medical Education, Kenes Online Learning Specialists, and the Educational Committees of our clients. You will also be in close contact with other Kenes departments.

As Business Relationship Manager Medical Education, you will be part of the Kenes Education team that is delivering meaningful medical education activities to its clients with support of education grants and sponsoring. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with pharmaceutical and medical device industry on medical education activities
  • Collaborating with Kenes Industry Liaison and Sales to identify funding opportunities
