Hotel Sales Manager – Tel Aviv

Kenes Group is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Hotel Sales Manager to effectively sell conference accommodation worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify hotel sales opportunities and develop viable work plans
  • Initiate and lead proactive sales activities, including negotiations
  • Meet hotel sales targets/revenues
  • Manage global hotel sales coupled with developing sales strategy
  • Learn/monitor compliance regulations within the industries/sectors

Online Hotel Sales Assistant (Student Position) – Tel Aviv

Kenes Group is looking for a highly motivated Online Hotel Sales Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our online accommodation websites. This position is part-time – 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse 30 hotel sites to ensure the flow, design, and content are aligned with the required standards
  • Review the selling rates on the websites compared to other online accommodation websites
  • Manage monthly mailshots
  • Create special promotions
  • Research the industry trends and analyse the possibility to apply them to our websites and selling strategy

Requirements:

Market Research Intern – Amsterdam

As the Market Research Intern for the Global Market Development Department at Kenes Group, you will be responsible for conducting market research to help informed decision-making on the establishment of brand-new conferences and providing marketing support in shaping the conference.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and track market competitors
  • Review relevant literature on a topic, and provide a summary
  • Support the need validation process by building surveys, collecting and analysing results
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities and developing the innovation pipeline for the company
  • Trend watching by following newsletters, scientific publications, blogs, etc. in the medical field

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Conference delegate sales
  • Manage, improve and enhance current databases of potential delegates, qualifying prospects to ensure they meet the target market profile

Marketing Automation Data Specialist – Tel Aviv

Kenes Group is looking for a Marketing Automation Data Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. The Marketing Automation Data Specialist will help maximise profits and minimise costs in Marketing & Sales Operations. She/he will do that by efficiently maintaining the company’s contact data collections and compiling effective mailing lists to the marketing & sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling contact data of potential customers from multiple sources and formats, in order to produce mailing lists (email) for the marketing & sales teams, for all of the company’s clients, in a timely manner and meeting deadlines.
  • Creating segmented lists, data streams and setting up email sending sequences (logical flows – “if/”then” scenarios) based on user behaviour and user profiles, as recorded by the marketing automation application (Marketo).
  • Continuously optimise data in the company’s sales and marketing database by adding updated records, removing outdated ones, reporting, cleaning and deduplicating data in Excel and importing back to CRM
  • Maintaining the mailing lists throughout the life cycle of the marketing campaigns by continuously monitoring the event’s data input streams (“Join the mailing list”, address changes, email replies etc.)
  • Analysing results of direct-marketing campaigns and developing strategies for improvement of performance
  • Managing the central marketing database and producing reports from it for the marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with email marketing applications – preferably email marketing automation – an advantage
  • Technical acuteness – easily learning to work new technical environments

Kenes Group’s Sales Coordinator will provide support to all major business development activities led by the company.
