Communication & Marketing Coordinator – Sofia

The Communication & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day community engagement through the association’s communication channels, from social media to in-person events promoting the society, its products, and events.

  • Develop communication plans and activities for short and long-term projects
  • Identify, develop, and disseminate relevant and engaging content via our social media and other channels. This includes posting on social networks, monitoring user interaction, and taking the initiative in building the ISN brand
  • Identify and address consumer issues quickly and professionally by directing them to the responsible person
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Design and produce marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, direct mail, email, and print materials and campaigns, manage websites, social media, and other digital assets
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Respond quickly to changes in social networks and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities
  • Lead workshops for clients on social media upon demand


  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in social media/marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Expert-level understanding of all social media technologies
  • Excellent social media conversation skills with a strong history of active participation on behalf of an organization/brand
  • Experience in creating paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience building online interaction among members of a community
  • Professional-level English
  • Basic design skills


  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ensure follow-through on every task and project
  • Strong collaboration skills and a good team player
  • Independent with a high level of discipline
