“A year of growth, global reach, and continued leadership in medical events.“
2025 was a landmark year for Kenes Group – a year defined by scale, stability, expansion, and a deepening commitment to delivering knowledge-driven events around the world. As the business events industry continued its rapid evolution, Kenes strengthened its role as a global leader in medical and scientific congresses, driving innovation across formats, regions, and disciplines.
With 60+ years of experience and a growing footprint, the numbers reflect both the breadth of our operations and the resilience of our partnerships worldwide.
A Global Year: The Numbers Behind Kenes 2025
In 2025, Kenes Group delivered a remarkable portfolio of events of every size and format.
Across physical, virtual, and hybrid settings, we successfully organised 67 events, each one a reflection of the trust placed in us by clients, partners, and the wider scientific community. The numbers tell the story of an extraordinary year shaped by collaboration, precision, and a commitment to empowering knowledge.
2025 at a Glance

Each of these figures represents far more than operational success. They reflect scientific progress fostered, communities strengthened, and ideas brought to life on a global stage. Together, they highlight Kenes Group’s continued role as a trusted partner capable of delivering scientifically rigorous, operationally complex, and internationally significant events at scale.
Where We Worked: A Truly Worldwide Reach
In 2025, Kenes delivered events across every global region, with especially strong activity in:
- Europe
- LATAM & Mexico
- North America
- Asia-Pacific
- Middle East
- Africa
- Australia & New Zealand
This global distribution reflects both the diversity of our clients and our ongoing commitment to supporting medical communities no matter where they gather.

Serving the World’s Scientific Fields
As expected from Kenes’ heritage, 90% of all events delivered in 2025 were in the health and life sciences, including medical, med-tech, pharma, biotech, and mental & physical health.
The remaining 10% represented complementary sectors including energy, technology, engineering, and professional services.
Our abstract submissions mirrored this trend, with 100% of abstracts handled in 2025 coming from life-science sectors, underscoring the academic and scientific weight of our portfolio.

Our Clients: Long-Term Partnerships That Matter
Behind every congress we deliver is a relationship built on trust, consistency, and shared purpose. In 2025, Kenes Group continued to work with a client community that reflects both our global reach and our long-standing commitment to partnership.
- 90% of clients are “core clients”, engaging us for more than one meeting
- 85% of clients are international, reflecting our global reputation
- Only 5% are national and 10% regional, demonstrating our strong international demand
These numbers reflect relationships nurtured over the years. They show how medical and scientific associations continue to choose Kenes not only as an organiser, but as a strategic partner invested in their mission, their growth, and their community.
A Growing Future: What’s Already Confirmed
If 2025 was a year of delivery, 2026 and beyond are shaping up to be years of expansion. Our future pipeline reflects the confidence our clients place in Kenes and the momentum built across regions and disciplines.
- 59 international events are already confirmed for 2026
- Dozens more are contracted for 2027–2029, ensuring long-term stability
- Additional meetings are in development, pending destination confirmation
This forward schedule spans Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, reinforcing a global calendar that remains strong, resilient, and full of opportunity. The path ahead is clear: Kenes continues to grow, diversify, and deliver across every corner of the world.
Sustainability & Responsibility
Kenes Group continues to integrate sustainability into event delivery and internal operations:
- We use the TRACE carbon calculation system for both client events and our own corporate footprint
- Environmental sustainability scored 100% importance among our clients
- Our company maintains a formal sustainability strategy and adheres to the IAPCO Code of Conduct and Financial Management Guidelines
Sustainability is not a value-add; it is a baseline expectation, and Kenes continues to align with the highest standards.

The People Behind the Numbers
Behind every congress, every abstract processed, every exhibition hall built and every learning experience delivered in 2025, there were people.
Our Kenes International global team continued to grow and strengthen this year, with 256 permanent employees across our international offices, supported by 32 new colleagues who brought fresh energy and expertise. In addition, 23 contracted specialists contributed their skills to key projects throughout the year.
This steady expansion reflects more than headcount. It shows Kenes’ long-term commitment to investing in talent, nurturing expertise, and ensuring that every client, partner, and participant benefits from a team capable of delivering truly world-class service.

What’s Next for Kenes Group
