Office & HR Assistant (Internship) – Sofia

Kenes HR department is looking for a talented and motivated Junior HR and Office Assistant to join its team!

Responsibilities:

Office:

  • Managing daily office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and serving as the main point of contact for maintenance and other office-related matters.
  • Handling correspondence (incoming and outgoing), managing document filing, and sending team notifications about events, updates, activities, and birthdays.
  • Monitoring office expenses, assisting with budget management, and providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

Human Resources:

  • Supporting the HR team with various activities, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and managing communication with candidates.
  • Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities such as happy hours, team-building days, parties, and other events.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage(could be ongoing).
  • Experience in any administrative or HR support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional level English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Canva is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
