JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of Kenes’ IT department, the IT Help Desk is responsible for ordering, maintaining, installing and configuring of the IT equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Plan and place orders for IT equipment – lap-tops, phones, accessories;
•Inventory tracking and installing the IT equipment for the local office;
•Budgeting and reporting related to the IT equipment;
•Main point of contact about the IT equipment for the new employees;
•Hardware and Software support;
•Technical support across the company;
•Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
•Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, WI-FI, printers and others;
•Managing Vendors;
•Sometimes might support on site congresses as a field technician;
•Performing other tasks related to the company’s activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the General Manager of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
•Knowledge about hardware and software, excellent computer skills.
•MCSE/MCITP knowledge, or equivalent, is preferable.
•Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Office software and all other related software and hardware.
•Fluent English, verbal and written communication (minimum C1).
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to work in a team but also independently.
•Willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times a year.
