Kenes Group, one of the world’s leading Professional Conference Organizers of medical and scientific events, is looking for a highly motivated Data Automation Specialist. As an Data Automation Specialist in our Marketing department, you will be responsible for the assembling and the automation of data for the sales and marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Creating segmented lists, data streams and setting up email sending sequences based on user behavior and user profiles, as recorded by the marketing automation application;
•Continuously optimizing data in the company’s sales and marketing database by adding updated records, removing outdated ones;
•Maintaining the mailing lists throughout the life cycle of the marketing campaigns by continuously monitoring the event’s data input streams;
•Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through various stages of automation;
•Analyzing results of direct-marketing campaigns and developing strategies for improvement of performance;
•Managing the central marketing database and producing reports for the marketing teams.
