Partnership & Sponsorship Manager

Kenes Group is currently seeking an experienced Partnership & Sponsorship Manager to become an integral part of its Original Events Unit. Original Events are Kenes’ investment in emerging topics to create new platforms for knowledge exchange in the form of independent event brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing new brands and launching events, including marketing research, creating a strategy for enrolling partners and sponsorships into the project and managing the projects through various stages of development.

Location: Global  

*Countries where Kenes can provide an employee / employer relationship are Switzerland; Netherlands; Spain; Sofia; Israel;

*Those working on a self-employed, contractor basis are responsible for their own accounting and tax payments within the country they are based.

Responsibilities 

Creating strategy for the brand – launching and long-term.

Cultivating and securing sponsors and partners. Shaping the full range of commercial opportunities that can be available to the project.

Managing projects through various stages of development.

Advising multiple teams on branding strategy.

Conducting market research.

Analyzing data for trends, insights, and information.

Communicating with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment. 

Establishing performance specifications, market applications and sales estimates.

Managing budgets to support branding efforts.

Requirements & Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field (significant, related experience may be considered as a substitute).

3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including raising sponsorships

Experience in Business Development – advantage

Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with multiple channels, inside and outside the company.

Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with multiple channels, inside and outside the company.

Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of CRM – advantage.

English – native or native level; knowledge of other European languages – advantage.
