Job summary: As a member of Kenes’ Finance department, the bookkeeper is responsible for the daily and regular payments, books expense invoices and records daily finance transactions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with service providers, do bank reconciliations, prepare payroll journal entries, issue income invoices and book expense invoices;
• Record daily financial transactions;
• Prepare intercompany and credit card reconciliations;
• Responsible for payments and reporting to authorities, on a monthly and yearly basis;
• Responsible for preparing payment to service providers (local and international);
• Support the quarterly and annual audits and reviews;
• Work on projects as required and perform administrative duties;
• Performs other tasks related to the company’s activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the Manager.
JOB SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in global and multi-currency companies.
• Technical competences: Excellent computer skills. Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with a global ERP system-Advantage.
• Language skills: Fluent English, verbal and written communication (minimum C1).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Organized;
• Attention to details;
• Reliable person with outstanding confidentiality skills and ethical standards.
