JOB SUMMARY:
As a part of the Application Team of Kenes, you will be responsible for setting up operating software.
You will work with the company’s registration department system, manage ticketing systems, configure online forms, and work with HTML and JS.
The interfaces will be internal within the company, involving collaboration with employees from international locations.
The position is suitable for candidates with no experience or with limited experience, who have an interest in the software field, a technological mindset, and a customer service-oriented approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up of operating software
Support for software incidents within pre-defined SLA
Software vendor interaction

REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service and technically oriented person
Excellent communication skills
Professional level of English – verbal and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
An individual looking for long-term learning opportunities and development
A course in the software field – advantage
Knowledge of HTML/JS – advantage
