Application Support Expert – Sofia

As a part of the IT Team of Kenes, the Application Support Expert will be responsible for setting up operating software. This includes the provision of applications’ support for business critical tools/applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setting up operating software;
  • Building online forms;
  • System configuration;
  • Support of the system – troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications promptly and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel and other systems;
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in the IT field;
  • Excellent English (verbal & written) – strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Customer service and technically oriented person.
