As a part of the IT Team of Kenes, the Application Support Expert will be responsible for setting up operating software. This includes the provision of applications’ support for business critical tools/applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting up operating software;
- Building online forms;
- System configuration;
- Support of the system – troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications promptly and effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and other systems;
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce;
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in the IT field;
- Excellent English (verbal & written) – strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer service and technically oriented person.
