Hotel Operations Specialist, FIT (temporary) – Tel Aviv

Kenes Group is looking for a Hotel Operations Specialist who will be responsible for providing professional services in the area of Hotel Reservations for Groups and FITs.


  • Provide excellent customer support to all Kenes FIT clients and groups
  • Operate all hotels reservations including payments, billing, invoicing, amendments, cancellations etc.
  • Update the Kenes online systems with the necessary data
  • Communicate on a daily basis with all external global suppliers, negotiate rates and deadlines
  • Serve as focal point for individual travellers booking their accommodation through the Kenes online system
  • Close working relationships with all Kenes departments and project teams, as well as with outside suppliers, including hotels, local agents, wholesalers, pharmaceutical companies and travel agencies around the world
  • Availability and willingness to work outside standard office hours, on weekends and holidays during congresses


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to draft correspondence in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking before/during a congress, work under pressure for long periods, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines

Education & Experience:

About ISE:

Since its foundation in 1960, the International Society of Endocrinology (ISE) has pursued the worldwide advancement of education, science and patient care in Endocrinology.

Today the society forms a strategic federation of National Endocrine Societies which aims to stimulate international cooperation and co-ordinate scientific exchange, debate and dissemination between healthcare professionals around the world.

Our Requirements:

As ISE has grown in size and complexity, the society wishes to recruit a proven Executive Director to drive the recently launched 5-year strategic plan. The society requires a Senior Leader who can skillfully position and lead the society through this crucial next phase of business growth.

The candidate will have experience in successfully delivering business growth within a  nonprofit organization. Strategic business planning and follow-through are needed, along with a sound knowledge of the operational requirements for directing a nonprofit organization. Attention to culture, community and mission must be a continual focus. This candidate will bring experience implementing strategic plans, building relationships, performance measurements and management controls, while building trust and credibility across a broad stakeholder group.

The Executive Director will need to be a strong, and passionate advocate for Endocrinology, someone comfortable serving as a spokesperson for ISE and compelled by delivering results.
