Registration Specialist – Tel Aviv

We are looking for a Registration Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv. This position is responsible for the registration of congress participants, invited speakers, committee members and other targeted audiences in the global event’s network of Kenes.


  • Registration management in accordance with predefined work plan/timetable and in keeping with the Kenes congress registration policies/guidelines
  • Responsible for the entire registration lifecycle including entering participant data, communication with all parties involved in the registration process, generating registration reports based to finalise accounts with suppliers post-congress
  • Manage hotel room block for all invited speakers in sync with the Accommodation Sales team


  • Detail-oriented, very well organised and reliable
  • Able to work independently and in a team, reporting problems as they arise
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; multitasking during all congress phases (prior or during the event), with the ability to work well under pressure for long periods, to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • High-level of customer service

Education & Experience:

Grants Manager, Education & Health (temporary) – Amsterdam

Kenes Group is looking for a highly motivated medical Education Grants Manager – temporary position for maternity leave cover. In this position, you are responsible for the grant application process and you will raise funds from companies/foundations (pharmaceuticals and devices) for conferences and related activities in the areas of health and education. The Education Grants Manager will be a part of a small, high performing team that has diverse experience in medical education and helping different medical societies, and Kenes departments. In this position, you will work closely with the Industry Liaison and Sales department and other Kenes team members involved in the scientific programme of medical conferences and other educational activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Research, identify and document available and relevant grant opportunities
  • Generate and coordinate background information on each conference and online medical education activity in cooperation with the Kenes Industry Liaison & Sales department
  • Conduct gap analysis and needs assessment with support of the relevant Kenes departments, faculty and conference committees
  • Develop proposal budgets together with the responsible team members
  • Review proposals for compliance
  • Reconcile approved grant applications
  • Build relationships with granting institutions
  • Draft all correspondence, agreements and reports, including LOAs (Letters of Agreement), and delivery times, in close cooperation with the relevant Kenes departments
  • Offer support in other ad-hoc projects as they arise

Kenes Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the company’s core purchasing process for the hotels and venues sector. The Procurement Specialist is reporting directly to the Procurement Director.


  • Manage hotel and venue purchasing activities/processes
  • Research, analysis, and approval of preferred suppliers, mainly hotels, venues and travel services
  • Preliminary supplier negotiations and contracting
  • Managing the purchasing lifecycle, including planning, RFI/RFP/RFQ, purchase orders, goods/services receipts and non-conformity reports
  • Monitor and process payments and invoices
  • Reporting, including spending analysis, pricing trends, market impact, risk analysis and SCM performance reports


  • Highly analytical, performance-driven individual with strategic thinking
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
