JOB SUMMARY:
As a bookkeeper at Kenes Group, you will be work as part of a team and you will be responsible for ongoing payments, invoice recording, expenses, and financial transactions. The job is located in Holon, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Communication with service providers, performing bank reconciliations, preparing payroll journal entries, issuing income invoices, and recording expense invoices.
•Recording daily financial transactions.
•Preparing intercompany reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
•Responsibility for payments and reporting to authorities on a monthly and annual basis.
•Responsibility for preparing payments to service providers (both local and international).
•Supporting quarterly and annual audits and reviews.
•Working on projects as needed.
•Performing additional tasks related to the company’s operations and work, as per the specific instructions of the direct manager or supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Previous experience as a bookkeeper in global and multi-currency companies.
•Language skills: Fluent in English, Fluent in Hebrew.
•Technical skills: Excellent computer skills, Excellent Excel skills.
•Experience with a global ERP system – significant advantage for experience with NetSuite.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
