The Marketing Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Department with marketing initiatives and will work closely with the Industry Liaisons to plan and develop sales marketing materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the sales team with marketing initiatives to drive and increase sales;
• Develop and design impactful sales materials;
• Create promotional materials tailored for the sales department;
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost sales;
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including planning, design, and implementation;
• Produce engaging content to support sales initiatives;
• Create visuals for social media and digital promotion;
• Update and optimize online sales pages with WordPress;
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions;
• Develop the sales marketing plan for overall congresses and events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Detail oriented and attentive to all aspects of the content, design, creation, and teams’ expectations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities for yourself and your team members within tight deadlines
• Team player
• Ability to think ‘outside of the box’
• Ability to work independently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• BA in Marketing or other relevant education with a sales and/or marketing focus
• 2-3 years’ experience as a marketing specialist, sales operations, or similar positions
• WordPress knowledge
• Social media campaign management experience – advantage
• Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva knowledge – advantage
• English – advanced level
• Experience in most aspects of the marketing-mix, online marketing, social media
