The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, cultivating, and sustaining strong client relationships and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of events. As a trusted advisor to our clients, they will build and maintain strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the seamless execution of projects that align with client objectives and organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop long-term relationships with Kenes clients, actively contributing to the growth and promotion of their businesses.
- Partner with clients, offering strategic insights and generating actionable recommendations for achieving business goals, seamless execution, and implementation.
- Lead, motivate and empower team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Be accountable for the delivery and quality of work produced by the team.
- Overall accountability for congress budgets.
- Achieve targets and maximize profits for all stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate client messages, requests, and goals to the internal team.
- Participate in client meetings and collaborate with CRMs to develop and enhance partnerships.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to address client issues, resolve conflicts, manage performance, striving to always improve the level of service.
- Design and produce documents and presentations for clients; clearly communicate client ROI.
- Recognize potential problems early and apply problem-solving skills and processes in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and accountability for all congress/client-related matters, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction.
JOB SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in client account management, including familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures within a service environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing effective client relationships.
- Experience in managing direct employees and teams.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Problem solver that knows how to work in an intense environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of CRM – advantage.
- Professional-level English.
