Kenes Digital, a division of the Kenes Group, is looking for a Marketing Support Assistant to help us drive performance and content innovation in our marketing programs and online learning portals. It will involve B2B and B2C digital marketing activities.

You will be working as part of the Kenes Digital Team, with the Marketing Manager, Online Learning Specialists, and the Congress Marketing team. You will be supporting the Marketing Manager with the execution, measurement and assessment of all marketing activities.

This is a role for a highly organized, and proactive candidate with creativity and willingness to try new approaches for our clients. Are you detailed oriented, diligent and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines? Then this might be your chance!


  • Coordinate and support the roll out of engagement strategies for different projects and courses
  • Execute digital marketing strategies
  • Create campaigns (copywriting, design) in paid search and display, email, social media, web, and other channels.
  • Test and analyze activities on a regular basis to assess the impact of our marketing efforts
  • Assist the Marketing manager with the reporting and analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual data on the effectiveness of our marketing activities, strategy, and KPIs

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or academic background
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and clear communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Project management skills and ability to work in a structured way, being flexible and responsible to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments, countries, and backgrounds
  • Experience and keen eye for design and visual branding (Canva, Adobe PDF)
  • Ability to learn, problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience working with or willingness to learn Mailchimp, Marketo, Canva, social media platforms, social media management systems, Google AdWords, Google Analytics
