RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer support for all Kenes groups clients’
• Operate all hotel reservations including operations, payments, billing, invoicing, amendments, cancellations etc.;
• Update Kenes allotment online systems with the necessary data;
• Communicate efficiently on daily basis with all external global suppliers, negotiate rates and deadlines;
• Maintain close working relationships with global Kenes departments and project teams, outside suppliers, including hotels, local agents, wholesalers, pharmaceutical companies and travel agencies around the world;
• Availability for flexible working hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree – advantage;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hotels, Tourism, Travel, or Professional Events industry;
• Knowledge of rates, established concepts in the hotel industry – advantage;
• Fluent English, verbal and written communication (mother-tongue level), other European languages – advantage
• Computer skills – full comprehension of Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask before/during a congress, prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
• Highly service oriented;
• An excellent team player but also able to work independently;
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
