ABOUT THE JOB:
As a part of the Application Team of Kenes, the incumbent will be responsible for setting up operating software. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of applications support for business critical tools/applications in a highly business-oriented environment. The individual who will be exceptional in this role is highly independent and knows their way around different systems, tools and applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up of operating software
Support for software incidents within pre-defined SLA
Software vendor interaction

REQUIREMENTS
Customer service and technically oriented person,
Excellent communication skills,
Professional level of English – verbal and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
An individual looking for long-term learning opportunities and development.
Degree in Information Systems- an advantage
