Educational Support Opportunities
Medical education plays an important role in the quality of healthcare delivered across the globe. Physicians, researchers, scientists and other healthcare professionals are increasingly challenged to maintain their knowledge, skills and abilities within their respective professions. By providing an educational grant in support of the educational opportunities below, you will make a vital contribution to these efforts and support better patient outcomes.
All educational grants are managed in compliance with relevant CME accreditation criteria and industry compliance codes. In order to ensure independence of all CME accredited elements, companies providing grants may not influence the topic, speaker selection, or any other aspect of the content or presentation. No promotional, commercial, or advertising materials may be included in the following opportunities. All support will be disclosed to participants.

- >LUNCHTIME SESSION (LECTURES AND DEMONSTRATIONS)
Sponsorship Available for US $25,000 per session, per day
Lunchtime lectures and workshops will be offered to all
Congress attendees at no charge during each lunch break.
As a sponsor, you will be provided a meeting room to
present hands-on workshops, video demonstrations, and/or
lectures of your choice. Lunchtime workshops have increased
in popularity allowing for maximum exposure and personal
interaction with meeting attendees. Audio Visual is included.NOTE: Catering is not included in

ISAKOS offers a series of Surgical Demonstrations over
the course of the Congress. These demonstrations will be
recorded and broadcasted to the appropriate session room.
Surgical Demonstrations are 30–60 minutes in length.
Surgical Demonstrations are presented at no additional charge

ISAKOS presents many respected and coveted awards at
the ISAKOS Congress. The below awards, fellowships and
scholarships are available to sponsor:
John J. Joyce Award (US $5,000) –awarded to the best
arthroscopy paper read by an orthopaedic surgery resident or
fellow during the scientific program of the ISAKOS CongressRichard B. Caspari Award (US $5,000) –awarded to the best
upper extremity paper read during the scientific program of
the ISAKOS CongressJan I. Gillquist Scientific Research Award (US $5,000)
Created with the intention to stimulate and
reward abstracts and presentations in the subject of
Scientific Research.Gary G. Poehling Elbow, Wrist, & Hand Award (US $5,000)
awarded to the best elbow, wrist, and hand
scientific paper read during the scientific program of the ISAKOS CongressYoung Investigators Scholarship (US $20,000)
The Young Investigator Program seeks to assist young surgeons advance
research by awarding a Fellowship at an ISAKOS recognized
research facility and funding high-impact projects in the
applicants’ countriesGlobal Traveling Fellowship (US $20,000)
The Fellowship will provide the opportunity for five orthopaedic surgeons,
45 years of age or under, to travel with an ISAKOS Godfather
to the Godfather’s geographic region.- >EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM TRACKS
Sponsorship Available for US $10,000 per track–
The ISAKOS 2023 Biennial Congress educational program tracks
encompass clinical topics including the shoulder, hip, knee
and biologics. Support of each of these tracks is available
and will include recognition of support for each educational
session that aligns with each of these program tracks- >E-PROGRAM BOOK
- An electronic version of the traditional final program will be available to participants to access the scientific program and other congress information easily and conveniently online and as a download on mobile phones or computer.
With e-Books, participants can use the intuitive Search button, have the ability to bookmark sessions, events and other information, share information with colleagues and if desired, even print the programme. Supporter will not have any input regarding the content.

- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.
- >MOBILE APPLICATION
- The Meeting App engages attendees with personalized planning tools and real-time event updates. The App transforms smartphones, tablets, and laptops into tools for active meeting participation and makes it easy for participants to access meeting information to connect with speakers and colleagues. The App includes the scientific program, abstracts, speaker information, participant lists, the rating/voting system for sessions and speakers, and a personalized scheduler. The App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Meeting App sponsorship support includes:
- Supporter acknowledgement on the splash/pop-up screen of the App: “Supported by: company name/logo” (product logo not permitted)
- 2 “push notifications” included in the sponsorship package
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.
- >E-POSTERS ARCHIVE
- E-POSTER ONLINE ARCHIVE
The E-Poster Archive increases poster visibility after the event. The archive offers an effective platform for promoting education and extending the meeting lifecycle. The E-Poster Archive is a cutting-edge platform that has been developed to offer the ultimate user interface following feedback from both authors and viewers.
- All posters will be kept online on the Congress website platform for one year
- Supporter acknowledgement on the E-Poster Online Archive platform as: ˝Supported by… ˝and the Company Name only (no logo)
- Support will be acknowledged in the CME/CPD Accreditation page of the program, on the event website and with signage during the event
The supporter will not have any input regarding the content which will be accessed at the E-Posters
REGULATIONS
Please note that it is the Exhibitors’ and/or Supporters’ responsibility to comply with the local authority’s regulations, including, without limitation, IFPMA, the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations Code of Practice on the promotion of medicines (www.ifpma.org), as well as FDA restrictions on the promotion of investigational and preapproved drugs and devices and the FDA prohibition on promoting approved drugs and devices for unapproved uses. Any product not FDA-approved for a particular use or not commercially available in the U.S. may be exhibited only if accompanied by easily visible signs indicating the status of the product.
Failure to comply with these regulations may not be used as a ground to declare the contract void. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will not expose the Organizer to any suits, demands by the Exhibitor/Supporter or any other third party.
