Exhibition management does not start on the day of the conference. The process starts with creating exhibitor guidelines, targeting the right exhibitors for a client’s conference and allocating stand spaces. We have built and maintain relationships with exhibitors and sponsors and understand which conferences and which locations are the most relevant for their products and services.

 

Preparation and Online Access

Before the conference, Kenes Exhibition Management provides each exhibitor with online access to monitor and manage tasks from any location in the world. Exhibitors can view upcoming conferences, order exhibition space, order auxiliary services, and also change and keep track of all bookings online.

 

Conference organisers also have online access and can see the status of the exhibition, statistics and number of exhibitors, and invoicing and payments to help monitor the progress of their own conference. With Kenes, you have online access. No guesswork or inaccurate estimates.

 

On-the-Spot Assistance

During the conference, our professional team works proactively offering advice and on-the-spot assistance to exhibitors. Kenes provides complete coordination from set-up to dismantling of each exhibitor’s stand. Whenever possible, we encourage environmentally friendly exhibitions which reduce the use of paper handouts, replace brochures with memory sticks, CDs or online viewing options, and we support exhibition stands which can be reused and recycled.
