Mission:
Raise financial support from the pharmaceutical industry while maintaining high quality service as a Sales and Liaison Associate for Medical Congresses. ILS Associate will assist in achieving the meetings’ targets and maximizing Kenes’ profit from sales of sponsorship and exhibition space by establishing strong networks and connections within the pharmaceutical, medical device and veterinary industries.
Responsibilities:

- Approach relevant companies and raise financial support/sponsorship
- Conduct meetings and liaise with decision makers within the pharmaceutical industry

- Research potential companies and think ‘outside the box’
- Reach sales targets
- Provide ongoing service to clients (pharmaceutical and medical device companies)
- Manage relationships with sponsors
- Build strong, fruitful relationships with companies
- Be present and liaise with clients during key meetings. The ILS Associate is expected to also be present at sales meetings and other relevant forums
Mission:
Responsible for written communication as well as promotional and printed materials related to a congress programs. The P.C. will also prepare and manage all aspects of a congress’s scientific program.
Responsibilities:
- Communication
- Correspondence – Create initiated and dictated correspondence in English with clients and other parties
- VIP Communication – Communicate with organizing committees, invited speakers and other VIPs
- Track correspondence
- Responsible for working together with the Scientific Committee on the scientific program: abstract processing, scheduling,
- Data processing
- Provide text for project literature in English
- Proofread project literature.
- Project literature – work with the graphic design department to create project literature
- Adhere to work procedures and production deadlines
- Track project material (e.g. abstracts)
- Plan work schedule and report progress to project managers
The email coordinator has overall responsibility for the e-mail campaigns produced and launched by the company. The email coordinator schedules, edits and launches the company’s e-mail campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling internal clients’ webmail campaigns
- Trafficking the production team (writers, designers and database), *QAing their work and making minor edits
- Uploading and launching the e-mail campaigns through third-party *e-mail-marketing service providers
- Managing the company’s accounts with aforementioned providers
Mission: Manage all aspects of the Congress in accordance with the expectations of the client and assure the highest level of service and adherence to company standards
Responsibilities:
- Generate targeted profit for the client and Kenes
- Partner in the design of the congress
- Be the main contact of key clients and project manage medical congresses all over the world
- The PM is required to lead the team and excel in the interpersonal and management skills necessary to ensure the success of the congress
- To manage the core team as well as relationships with supporting departments
- The PM works in closely with the organizing and scientific committees in promoting an event’s scientific program, handling various logistical issues and more
- The PM manages a congress’s finances, forecasting processes, budget keeping, management of basic bookkeeping/accounting and payments processes
- Maintain the master project plan, manages project scope and client expectations and functions as a liaison between internal/external clients and project team members (logistics, promotion, publications, budget, preparatory meetings and site visits, on site arrangements including social events).
- Point-of-contact for contracting of a variety of services (venues, food and beverage, printing, staffing, etc.) within the framework of the congress budget
