Bookkeeper – Tel Aviv

Kenes Group is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping type 3 to balance sheets
  • Handle all aspects of bookkeeping – suppliers, customers, bank reconciliations, credit cards, journal entries, fixed assets, VAT, income tax reports, etc.
  • Preparation of periodic reports to management
  • Ongoing contact with the company’s auditors
  • Preparation of the company’s cash flow
  • Work closely with all internal operational departments
  • Handle and process accounts for 15-20 congresses per year, including P&L reports
  • Prepare actual vs. budget reports for each congress
  • Financial control – ensure congress financials are closed/settled for each project
  • Immediate availability

Education & Experience:

  • Experienced bookkeeper with minimum 10+ years

Marketing Automation Data Specialist – Tel Aviv

Kenes Group is looking for a Marketing Automation Data Specialist to join our Sales/Operations team. The Marketing Automation Data Specialist will help maximise profits and minimise costs in marketing and sales operations. She/he will do that by efficiently maintaining the company’s contact data collections and compiling effective mailing lists to the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling contact data of potential customers from multiple sources and formats, in order to produce mailing lists for the marketing and sales teams, for all the company’s clients, in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
  • Creating segmented lists, data streams and setting up email sending sequences (logical flows – “if/”then” scenarios) based on user behaviour and user profiles, as recorded by the marketing automation application (Marketo)
  • Continuously optimising data in the company’s sales and marketing database by adding updated records, removing outdated ones, reporting, cleaning and deduplicating data in Excel
  • Maintaining the mailing lists throughout the life cycle of the marketing campaigns by continuously monitoring the event’s data input streams (“Join the mailing list”, address changes, email replies, etc.)
  • Analysing the results of direct marketing campaigns and developing strategies for improvement of performance
  • Managing the central marketing database and producing reports for the marketing team

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with email marketing applications – preferably email marketing automation – an advantage
  • High familiarity with MS Excel and Word and the ability to independently troubleshoot them
  • Orderliness and attention to detail
  • Willingness to spend many hours a day manipulating textual data in Excel
  • Tech-savvy – willingness to learn and work in new technical environments

Campaigns and Communications Officer for the International Papillomavirus Society (IPVS) – Amsterdam

The International Papillomavirus Society (IPVS) is the leading global expert on human papillomaviruses (HPV). HPV is the world’s most common sexually transmitted infection and is associated with approximately 5% of all cancer cases worldwide.

Now going into its third year, the International HPV Awareness Day campaign has already attracted global attention and awards. IPVS has established an international campaign alliance that includes some of the leading global agencies in cancer, sexual health, and HPV. With these foundations in place, we are now looking to appoint a full-time Communications Officer to help us develop and deliver our year-round awareness campaign and help to maximise the Society’s advocacy and educational impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the annual IPVS Campaigns and Communication Workplan
  • Develop and deliver a social media content plan on behalf of IPVS
  • Society social media channels management and overall responsibility
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the delivery of HPV Awareness Day campaign tools on time and on brief
  • Coordinate communication with our international campaign partners to maximise their engagement and mobilisation around International HPV Awareness Day and to ensure that we are leveraging their campaigns to further the advocacy objectives of IPVS. Includes scheduling webinars/teleconferences, e-newsletters, managing contact databases
  • Support other member communication activities of IPVS

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Execution of advocacy communication plans
  • Designing and undertaking campaigning, marketing, and/or communications in a global context
  • Planning and implementing campaigns including budgeting
  • Strategically engaging with diverse communities across cultures, preferably in an advocacy communication or campaigning context
  • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Significant experience in using social media and digital technologies to build public awareness and engagement

Industry Liaison & Sales Associate – Amsterdam | Tel Aviv

As a member of the Kenes Group Industry Liaison & Sales team, the Associate will be responsible for maximising income from sponsorship and exhibition sales, as well as relationship building with the relevant industry representatives for your assigned congresses.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales objectives in the relevant congresses and industries
  • Grow and further develop existing and new business, and meet established goals
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customers’ needs on an ongoing basis
  • Plan sales and pricing strategy for each project, develop Industry Prospectus and manage all partnerships including soliciting, creating and responding to offers with proposals
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts (pharma/medical device companies and others), while prospecting for new ones
  • Conduct successful negotiations with clients (potential sponsors and exhibitors)
  • Be the main contact for industry (pharma/medical device companies and others) and act as a liaison between companies and conference project teams for your assigned congresses
  • Proactively provide reports to the Senior Account Manager, project teams, and clients

Product Marketing Coordinator – Sofia

  • Support the Product Manager by assisting and implementing product marketing activities
  • Assist with day to day product marketing tasks
