Hotel Sales Specialist – Sofia

Kenes Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Specialist to effectively sell conference accommodation worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify hotel sales opportunities and develop viable work plans
  • Initiate and lead proactive sales activities, including negotiations
  • Meet hotel sales targets/revenues
  • Manage global hotel sales coupled with developing sales strategy
  • Learn/monitor compliance regulations within the industries/sectors
  • Research potential new clients, identify sales challenges and solutions
  • Initiate meetings with pharmaceutical companies and DMC decision-makers
  • Develop tailored packages for major sponsors
  • Organise site visits before and during congresses

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, good team player

Procurement Specialist – Sofia

Kenes Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the company’s core purchasing process for the hotels and venues sector. The Procurement Specialist reports directly to the Procurement Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel and venue purchasing activities/processes
  • Research, analysis, and approval of preferred suppliers, mainly hotels, venues and travel services
  • Preliminary supplier negotiations and contracting
  • Managing the purchasing lifecycle, including planning, RFI/RFP/RFQ, purchase orders, goods/services receipts, and non-conformity reports
  • Monitor and process payments and invoices
  • Reporting, including spending analysis, pricing trends, market impact, risk analysis, and SCM performance reports

Requirements:

  • A highly analytical, performance-driven individual with strategic thinking
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent communication skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree – an advantage

Kenes Group is looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Coordinator. This is a tremendous opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the global product world. The Product Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing daily support to the Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Manager by assisting and implementing product marketing activities
  • Assist with day to day product marketing tasks
  • Coordinate delivery and execution with external vendors
  • Work closely with meeting planners to ensure flawless onsite performance
  • Onsite assistance – provide support to onsite teams during congresses
  • Assist with website briefings, production and updates
  • Produce written content for websites
  • Specify market requirements (MRD) for existing and future products, according to marketing strategy

Marketing Manager – Sofia

The main goal of the Marketing Manager is to increase event profit and ensure long-term growth by creating and implementing marketing strategies, using innovative tools for outstanding delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Owner of your congress marketing activities and results
  • Manage a marketing coordinator
  • Be the one point of contact for congresses marketing needs
  • Develop the congresses brand and marketing strategies
  • Prepare and adhere to congresses budgets
  • Overseeing the different marketing campaigns
  • Manage the day to day marketing activities of the congresses
  • Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos)

Scientific Programme Coordinator – Tel Aviv | Sofia

Kenes Group is looking for a Scientific Programme Coordinator to join our Operations Department. The Scientific Programme Coordinator will be responsible for our events’ scientific programme planning, coordination, and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the scientific programme
  • Communicate with clients, congress VIPs, committee members, and invited speakers
  • Schedule and organise committee meetings and maintain programme agendas
  • Work closely with the committee on the scientific programme, including planning, inviting speakers, abstract submission, reviewing and scheduling, and providing solutions and recommendations
  • Manage, track changes, and QA the scientific programme
  • Communicate logistical arrangements to faculty and reimbursement processing
  • Draft and keep track of correspondence in English
  • Responsible for written communications, promotional, print and online materials for the congress programme – including providing texts (in English), proofreading and QA
  • Ensure implementation of work procedures, policies, and practices
  • Plan, track, and prioritise tasks in timelines and work schedules, and adhere to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Well organised, detail-oriented, and accurate in processing information
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask (4-6 projects simultaneously)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
